Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Lofted mobile app ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play rules.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: decompile or reverse-engineer the App (except as permitted by law); use it for unlawful purposes; or film other people without their consent. You are responsible for the content (videos, courses) you create in the App.

3. Nature of the analysis — disclaimer

Lofted provides biomechanical analysis for informational and educational purposes. Measurements from a single phone camera are estimates of projected quantities; rotation metrics in particular are indicative. The App is not a substitute for advice from a golf instructor, a healthcare professional or a physiotherapist. Practise within your limits and consult a professional if you experience pain or injury.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its design, the "Lofted" logo and its content (excluding your data) are protected by applicable laws. Your videos and the data you enter belong to you.

5. Availability

The App is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features. Some features require a compatible device (camera, on-device vision capabilities).

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher of Lofted is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or injury arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date at the top indicates the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
